President Judge John Spataro sentenced fifty-one-year-old Linesville resident Chad Allen Shelatz in his second conviction for such conduct. State agents uncovered dozens of illicit files across five laptops at his home following a digital tip from missing children networks.Meanwhile, emergency crews are working to permanently fix a broken sewer line that leaked over five thousand gallons of raw sewage into Conneaut Lake. The Joint Municipal Authority reports the break occurred underneath a sea wall on Shady Avenue. While the state says the environmental impact is negligible, nearby public dock and beach areas remain closed to swimming.And community preparations are underway for the annual Meadville Halloween Parade on October thirty-first.
