Good morning. A high-speed police chase through Jefferson County has a twenty-one-year-old man facing a mountain of criminal charges. Authorities report Chandler James Nolet waived his preliminary hearing in Brookville after being hit with a felony count of fleeing law enforcement, twenty-one traffic violations, and eight counts of recklessly endangering another person. He remains jailed this morning on twenty-thousand dollars bail.In local government, DuBois city leaders are pitching a ten-year tax break program to attract developers and tackle a severe regional housing shortage.
