The high-profile startup accelerator program "43-North" has announced it will officially cease operations next year. Funded by the Buffalo Billion initiative, the program spent over a decade awarding millions in startup capital, ultimately generating more than three thousand global jobs and anchoring Buffalo's emerging tech ecosystem.And thousands of property owners in Niagara Falls are facing an aggressive legal deadline. The city has issued roughly three thousand foreclosure letters to residents with overdue property taxes.
